It opens as a side panel inside TekMetric and helps you handle repair orders faster, communicate with customers more clearly, and stay on top of follow-ups — without leaving the page you're already on. What it does • Summarizes repair orders, vehicle history, and DVIs in plain language so you can brief the customer in seconds. • Drafts text and email responses tuned to your shop's voice — calm, transparent, never pushy. • Answers technical questions and helps explain recommended services to customers in language they actually understand. • Suggests appointment follow-ups and helps you schedule them. • Looks up parts and pricing context. Built for one shop, by one shop Shop Wingman is built and used by Cardinal Plaza Shell. It's designed around a hospitality-first service philosophy: educate the customer, frame everything around safety and reliability, never sell with fear. Connecting your shop Shop Wingman connects to TekMetric using your shop's official OAuth credentials. All API access is read-only by default. Repair order data is processed in real time to generate AI responses and is not used to train any AI model.
