Shop UI Extension puts Highline Motorsports' and QuickServ Auto Care's internal dashboards inside Shopmonkey, so service writers and technicians see the day's numbers without leaving the page they're working on. What it adds • Live shop dashboard — overhead against target, weekly technician hours, gross profit and projected profit, on a tile view attached to Shopmonkey's Dashboard button. • Repair orders needing attention — open ROs surfaced as a working list you act on, instead of a report you have to go pull. • Call and message follow-up — missed calls and unanswered texts in one place, so nothing sits unreturned. Opens in-panel, no tab switching. • Shop navigation — quick links to the internal tools each location actually uses. Privacy and scope Every tile and link is configured by the shop. The extension ships with no customer data of its own, collects nothing, and sends nothing to third parties. It runs only on Shopmonkey pages. This is an internal tool published unlisted. It requires access to Highline's Shopmonkey account and does nothing without it.
