ShopTach - FullBay Integration Sync FullBay operational data into ShopTach with secure payment collection, WIP visibility, timesheet capture, and AP queue matching. WHAT WORKS WITHOUT A SHOPTACH SUBSCRIPTION: - You can install the extension and open the popup - You can use the popup to go to ShopTach and start the connection flow - FullBay data sync, AP queue matching, payment workflows, reminders, and reporting features are disabled until the extension is connected to an active ShopTach company WHAT REQUIRES AN ACTIVE SHOPTACH SUBSCRIPTION: - Customer, vendor, contact, address, and unit sync from supported FullBay pages - Service order, estimate, WIP, invoice, and timesheet capture - PCI-DSS compliant payment collection via CardPointe - AP queue badges and receive-form prefill support for FullBay parts workflows - Secure connection to your ShopTach company through an extension API key FEATURES: - Runs only on the declared FullBay, ShopTach, Supabase, and CardPointe/CardConnect hosts - Adds ShopTach controls to supported FullBay pages after connection - Keeps raw card entry inside CardPointe/CardConnect tokenization pages REQUIREMENTS: - Active ShopTach subscription for sync and workflow features - FullBay account access - Chrome browser (version 88 or higher) HOW TO USE: 1. Install the extension 2. Connect it from ShopTach Settings > Integrations, or from the extension popup 3. Navigate to supported FullBay pages 4. Use the ShopTach sync buttons, or continue normal FullBay Save and Authorize actions where ShopTach sync is shown 5. Process payments securely through the extension when available PRIVACY: This extension runs only on FullBay and ShopTach pages listed in its permissions. When connected, it reads supported FullBay page data to show ShopTach controls, sync records after supported user actions, and display AP queue matches.
