ShipCheck
Overview
Catch frontend regressions before release with runtime, network, responsive, accessibility, and performance checks.
ShipCheck helps frontend teams catch regressions before releasing a new build. Run automated pre-flight checks directly against the page open in Chrome across five areas: runtime errors, failed or slow network requests, responsive layout issues, automated accessibility checks, and key performance signals. Save a known build as your baseline, then scan the next release. ShipCheck compares the results and separates findings into NEW, EXISTING, and FIXED issues, so known problems do not automatically block every release. ShipCheck then provides a clear release verdict: • SHIP — no release-blocking regressions detected • REVIEW — changes need human inspection • BLOCK — a high-confidence release-blocking regression was detected ShipCheck is designed to be local-first. Version 0.1 does not require an account, backend service, or cloud upload. Scan results and saved baselines remain in your browser. Accessibility checks are automated smoke tests and do not represent complete accessibility or WCAG compliance certification. ShipCheck focuses on one question: What changed since your last frontend release?
