ShiftZen is an internal productivity extension that embeds a triage and AI-assist panel inside Intercom's Inbox. It helps support agents route tickets to the correct teammate using a configurable shift-and-bin queue, generates AI drafts, summaries and CRI templates for the current conversation, analyzes multiple tickets in batch and exports the results to Excel, and surfaces ZenDash live phone-agent status so leads can spot zero-active-agents or missing-agent conditions quickly. All data stays within the user's browser and the internal Zenoti APIs the user is already authenticated to.
