חלונית פורטל היסעים צפה בתוך האתר הפעיל, עם פתיחה וסגירה מהירה בלחיצה או בקיצור מקלדת.
ShiftLive — פורטל חברות היסעים התוסף מאפשר למשתמשים מורשים של חברות היסעים לפתוח את פורטל ShiftLive ישירות מתוך הדפדפן, בחלונית צדדית נוחה, מבלי לעזוב את האתר שבו הם עובדים. באמצעות התוסף ניתן: לפתוח ולסגור במהירות את פורטל חברות ההיסעים. לצפות בדיווחי הסעות ובפרטי האירועים. לעדכן סטטוס טיפול באירועים. לצפות בהיסטוריית דיווחים ובתמונת מצב. לפתוח את הפורטל באמצעות אייקון התוסף או קיצור המקלדת Ctrl+U / Cmd+U. השימוש בתוסף מיועד למשתמשים מורשים של ShiftLive ודורש התחברות לחשבון בעל הרשאה לפורטל חברות ההיסעים.
