Add private notes to ShelbyNEXT

Add private notes to ShelbyNEXT. This extension is only enabled for the ShelbyNEXT platform and will show up as a "Show Private Note" button in the bottom left hand corner of each individual's page. Notes are only visible to you and are synced across your Chrome browsers.
