Sheerba

I don't think this is still active?? I tried to register an account, it said my e-mail was already being used, so I tried to log in and it wanted a password (I never created one) and no where to click for "lost password" I received an e-mail thanking me for downloading Sheerba (what I supposedly downloaded, I don't know, unless it was this extension) but when I tried to reply to e-mail it came back (Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address. <hello@sheerba.com>: ... I opened etsy and clicked the application icon, but it didn’t respond at all and it didn’t work at all

For some reason it is doing nothing, it keeps showing the message that I have to be in etsy, search for something, and click on sheerba. It doesn't seem to be recognizing that I'm already in etsy.com. Help please :)
