Overview

High-resolution page and element screenshots.

Sharpshooter takes sharp, high-resolution screenshots of web pages — the whole page, a chosen resolution, or a single element you click on. - **Page Capture** — capture at a resolution preset (viewport, full page, FullHD, 4K) or a custom size, at up to 4× pixel density. - **Capture Element** — hover any element, scroll to change depth, click to capture just that part of the page. - **Extract Image** — hover any element to scan its subtree for raster images and download the highest-resolution source as PNG, optionally through the crop editor. - **Extract Design** — hover any element to read the fonts and colours it actually renders with, in a live card beside it. Fonts are reported as the face the browser really used, not the declared font stack, and marked as webfont or locally installed. Colours cover text, backgrounds, borders, gradient stops and shadows, plus a dominant-colour palette measured from the rendered pixels — so colours inside images, video, canvas and CSS gradients are included too. Click to freeze the card, remove anything you don't want, pick extra colours off the screen with the eyedropper, copy any value with a click, and save the element and its card together as one PNG. - **Crop editor** — optionally route any capture through a built-in crop editor. - **Blur Elements / Remove Elements** — before capturing, click elements to blur them out (personal data stays in place but unreadable, so the layout doesn't move) or remove them from the page entirely. - **Legal Capture** (shown by default; hideable in Settings) — for investigative/legal use cases where a plain screenshot isn't strong enough evidence: records the full network exchange for the page into a hash-sealed archive, gets an independent timestamp for it from a public authority, and downloads all of it alongside the screenshot. All processing happens locally in your browser. No data is collected. Page and element capture, the crop editor, blur/remove and Extract Design never leave your machine. The only outbound requests are fetching an image URL you explicitly chose to extract, and — only if you actually run a Legal Capture — a hash sent to a public timestamping authority (never your browsing content).
