Download and share your Garmin Connect workouts as JSON files. Import workouts shared by friends directly into your account.
Add share/import capabilities to the Garmin Connect website. Sharing you workout becomes really easy. Simply create your personal workout as always and click on the "Download" button inside the page. Send the json file to your friends to let them import it in their Garmin Connect profile.
