Adds a button to GitHub PR pages to copy PR details.

Adds a button to the title of your GitHub pull request so you can easily copy it with title & url for sharing (on Slack, for example). After pasting into Slack, press CMD + SHIFT + F to format the text, converting the markdown to rich text
