Keep SFDC alive until end of shift
If you keep getting logged out of Dell SFDC Lightning all day log you NEED this extension! Keeps Dell SFDC Lightning instance active during shift. Version notes. 0.41 - Now refreshes all tabs with a Refresh icon 0.27 - Changed Refresh Queue so you can specific number of minutes between refreshes. Default is 5 minutes. - Queue refresh will happen without reverse sorting first, but still requires the Queue sorted by name. 0.25 - Added Refresh Queue option. This will refresh the Queues Backlog Summary of the OMNI supervisor page every 10 minutes if the list is sorted by QUEUE name. It is enabled be default. - If SFDC detects network issues and has two Continue Working popups in a row it will refresh the page and log back into Omni Supervisor 0.23 - Added Auto Answer option. Answers incoming chat after 15 seconds. - Increased reliability of finding and clicking the Continue Working popup. - Use Mutation Observers instead of timers due to Chrome background tab throttling - Should better detect network outage and gray the icon if SFDC thinks the network is having issues Known Limitations: - At times due to network issues, SFDC does not show the Continue Working popup and just logs out. 0.2 - Initial release
