Severino – Your invoices, with your accountant

Collects your software providers' invoices every month and sends them to your accountant. No passwords.

Severino is your invoice butler: it goes into the billing portals of your software providers, downloads the month's invoice, names it by provider and month, and forwards it to your accountant on its own. HOW IT WORKS 1. Install the extension and sign in with your Google account. 2. Tick the providers you use and pick the month or quarter. 3. Click "Search invoices". The PDF lands in your Downloads folder and, if you set it up, in your accountant's inbox. PRIVACY BY DESIGN (NOT JUST BY PROMISE) We know giving an extension access to your accounts is a big deal. That's why Severino is limited on purpose: • No passwords. It uses the session you already have open with each provider. It never asks for, sees or stores a password. • No access to your browser when installed. It requests permission for no website at install time. Chrome asks you for each provider the first time you fetch its invoices, and you can revoke it anytime. • It doesn't read your history or take screenshots. It only acts when you click "Search invoices". • It can't pay for or delete anything. Buttons to pay, buy, change plan, cancel, delete or sign out are blocked inside the extension, as is any form with a password or card field. • Your data leaves clean. If a provider changes its website, Severino uses AI to find the new route, but first strips emails, cards, IBANs, phone numbers, tax IDs and API keys from the text. • We don't store your PDFs. Only the history: provider, period, amount, number and date. PRICING • Free: up to 5 invoices a month, forwarding to your accountant included.
