Import merchant email threads from Gmail or Outlook and run reply coach on your Settle AI negotiation cases.

Settle AI helps you negotiate refunds, billing fixes, and similar consumer cases in the US and Canada. This official browser extension connects your Settle AI account to Gmail and Outlook on the web: • Sign in with the same email and password as the mobile app • Select an active case from your dashboard • Paste or capture merchant email text from the page • Run Reply coach for AI-backed next-step suggestions (when enabled on your account) • Log a merchant reply to your case timeline Requirements: • An existing Settle AI account and API access (configured once in extension settings) • A case with strategy generated in the app before using reply coach Privacy: • Only runs on Gmail and Outlook web — not on other sites • Text you choose to capture is sent to your Settle AI API over HTTPS • See our extension privacy policy for full details Settle AI is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
