Automatically set all videos across YouTube to play at 1.5x speed

YouTube allows you to alter the speed of individual videos, but when the next video autoplays it will be back to 1x speed. This extension sets the default speed across all of YouTube to 1.5x, so autoplayed videos will play at 1.5x speed without requiring any manual adjustment.
