Open a conversation on ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini 2. Look for the SessionBridge button (→) on the right side of the page 3. Tap the destination AI you want to continue with 4. That's it — your conversation opens in a new tab, already primed ── PRIVACY ── SessionBridge never stores your conversation content on any server. Transfers are processed in real time and immediately discarded. An anonymous local ID is generated on your device to manage free usage limits.
