This extension is clean and simple, but has a few small quirks. It leaves a new tab behind and it sometimes gets the INCs mixed up when you search them. A workaround to all of this is to add a custom search engine to chrome rather than using this extension. It will even pull up INC numbers automatically as well! To do this: 1)Right-click on the searchbox and click "Edit Search Engines..." 2)Scroll down until you see the three boxes for text entry. 3) Put "Service Now" in the "Add a new sea... Show more

Nice, even though entering "sn", hitting Tab, entering text and pressing Enter produces an empty tab _and_ the tab that contains the search results; the empty tab is naturally superfluous and should not be.

Beautiful. It is pretty cool stuff if one knows the incident, tn, prj, etc. in advance. Maybe a drop down menu of sort.
