Features include: • Voicemail Scrubber (Call Center and Call Logs Pages) Quickly navigate voicemail recordings using an interactive playback scrubber. • Skip Forward / Back Controls (Call Center and Call Logs Pages) Move through voicemail messages faster with convenient skip controls. • Download Voicemail (Call Center and Call Logs Pages) Save voicemail recordings locally when needed for documentation, follow-up, or internal review. • Customer History Button (Call Center Page, Incoming and Outgoing Call Popups) Open the corresponding customer history page directly from a voicemail conversation. • Call Now Button (Call Center Page) Initiate outbound calls directly from voicemail conversations without manually entering phone numbers.
