Opens each URL in list into tabs in a window, but only if prior pages have finished loading.
As opposed to other mass-opening tools, this tool may be useful for: - reducing spikes in bandwidth usage - avoiding 503 errors from making too many requests to the same website too quickly - caching lists of websites

This is exactly what I was looking for. I needed to open 15000 URLs and this allowed me to do so in a safe, easy, sequential manner.
