Problem with interaction of javascript and this extension for websites (like Youtrack site)

Hello,
this is Mario Grieco and I'm in charge the ICT Department of the Company called Edilportale.com S.p.A..
Due to update of Chrome version at the latest versione (53.0.2785.113 m), I'm unable to click on javascript object yet (hyperlinks works) in Youtrack site (http://track.edilportale.com:8080/) and other sites that used javascript, even if I refresh the page more times.
But, if I remaining in that page and then click on F12, show up toolbar with debug and then close it, so inexplicably the site start to works again.
I have try to uncheck all of Chrome extension installed, and then one-by-one I've actived them.
So, the result is: the problem is this extension.
Please, can you fix the problem?

Extension is showing unwanted ads

It seems that the most recent update is delivering unwanted ads to users. This is a big problem that should be fixed immediately. Uninstall this extension unless the developer fixes it.

Errormessage in the console

Hi,
I got an error message in the console since some chrome versions:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'onUpdated' of undefined
