SendSuite: Email Templates

Send personalized emails from your templates in a side panel. Fill in the fields beside any page and send from your own Gmail.

Stop retyping the same email. SendSuite saves the emails you send often as templates with fill-in fields, then sends them from your own Gmail. Open it in Chrome's side panel next to any page, fill in the name, the date or the time, and send a personalized email without leaving the page you're working on. For anyone who sends the same kinds of email every day: confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, receipts and requests. HOW IT WORKS 1. Click the SendSuite button in the Chrome toolbar. The side panel opens beside the page you're on. 2. Pick a template. The ones you used last come first, and a search box appears as your list grows. 3. Add one or more recipients. Each person gets their own email. 4. Fill in the fields while you read the details off the page. What you type stays put when you click into the page to copy something. 5. Open the preview to check the exact email, then send. The panel shows what went out. EMAIL TEMPLATES WITH FIELDS • Write your Gmail templates once on www.sendsuite.us, with a field wherever a detail changes. • A field can be text, an email address, a date, a time or a choice from a list you set up. • Dates and times come out in the format you pick. • A field can remember its last value, so it comes back filled in next time. • Files attached to a template go with every email sent from it, and your signature goes at the end. • If you use Gmail's templates (canned responses), SendSuite adds fields, a preview and sending to several people at once. MAIL MERGE FROM A SPREADSHEET The same templates do mail merge for Gmail on www.sendsuite.us: • Pick a CSV file, or paste rows straight from Google Sheets or Excel. • Columns named like your fields match on their own. Check any row's email before you send. • SendSuite sends one personalized email per row and shows the progress. Rows that didn't send can be downloaded as a CSV. • Send bulk email to up to 500 people in any 24 hours. • Activity shows how many emails went out each day and which template sent them. SENT FROM YOUR OWN GMAIL • Every email goes out from your Gmail address and shows up in your Sent folder. • Replies come straight back to your inbox. SETTING UP 1. Add SendSuite to Chrome and click its toolbar button. 2. Click "Sign in with Google". Google asks you to let SendSuite send email as you. 3.
