Send to Paperless Sponge

Send a receipt or invoice from the page you are signed in to straight into paperless-sponge.

Some receipts only exist inside a shop's signed-in session: no email, no attachment, no download — just a page behind a "Receipt" button. This extension collects those. Open your order list and press Collect all invoices. It works through the orders one at a time, opening each receipt in a hidden frame, reading the vendor, date and total, and sending the document to your own Paperless Sponge account, where it is named and filed. It shows what it is doing as it goes, says which orders had no receipt to take, and stops the moment you ask it to. On a single order's page, File this order does the same for that one order. Where it works • AliExpress order pages — aliexpress.com and aliexpress.ru • Amazon.com order pages It does nothing at all on any other site. That includes the European Amazon marketplaces: they issue one VAT invoice per delivery rather than a single order summary, and this extension does not read that yet. What it does • Files one document per receipt, with the vendor, date, total and invoice number read off the receipt itself rather than the file name the shop gave it. • Reports every order as filed, already archived, or missing a detail the page never showed. • Sends nothing anywhere except your own archive. What you need A Paperless Sponge account. The extension has no service of its own. It holds a single setting — the capture address from your account's settings page — and asks your permission before it may reach that address. What it does not do No browsing history. No analytics. No tracking. It cannot read a site that is not listed above. Nothing is sent to the extension's author, who runs no service that could receive it.
