Where can I send express mail? Currently we have support for mail sent and received from the United States. We are working on expanding coverage to other countries: please contact us if you have other needs. How do you handle payments? We use Stripe for all our credit card payments. We also accept Paypal payments. How do you send the actual mail? Mail is sent using a selected service level and fulfilled from one of a nationwide network of locations. The fulfillment request is placed immediately: at checkout you will be informed of any production delays that may occur (typically due to a cutoff for same-day fulfillment). How do I know my mail was sent? We will send you an email once your mail has been accepted for fulfillment: this email will include a tracking number for your mail.
