Selto에 사용되는 확장프로그램입니다. 웹 페이지가 정상적으로 로드 되었을때 로컬의 프로그램과 통신하여 신호를 보냅니다. 로컬 프로그램 종료 시 자동으로 off되어 불필요한 통신과 보안이슈를 제거하였습니다.
