Sellerio Seller Toolkit works inside Amazon Seller Central (Easy Ship), Amazon Seller Flex, the Flipkart Seller Hub and the Meesho Supplier Panel. It accepts your orders, crops every shipping label the moment it downloads, prints it for you and marks orders ready, from one Orders card on each marketplace page, by hand or at a daily time you choose. Sign in with a free Sellerio account (Sellerio's own, not your marketplace login). No API key to paste. Free for every seller, with optional paid plans for teams that run more stores and computers. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ SET UP IN THREE STEPS ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 1. Add the Toolkit to Chrome and sign in with your Sellerio account. 2. Open your marketplace's orders page. The Sellerio Orders card appears on it. 3. Optional: install QZ Tray (free) and pick your printers, so labels print with no dialog. That is all. You keep using each marketplace's own pages and buttons. The Toolkit does the repetitive part under the same click. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHAT IT DOES, PER MARKETPLACE ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ AMAZON EASY SHIP One run schedules the day's pickups and downloads the labels, every one cropped to 4×6 with the SKU and quantity on it. The weight and box come from what you saved for each SKU in My SKU Setup. A SKU with no size, or an order with several items, pauses the card and asks you, right on the card. The Toolkit never guesses a weight or a box. Prefer Amazon's page-by-page scheduling? That works too, with the sizes filled in for you. Choose your pickup slot on the card: Auto, 11:00 AM or 02:15 PM. AMAZON SELLER FLEX Pick, pack and print for today's or tomorrow's shipments from one card. The pick list is re-set in large type, so the picker reads it at arm's length. The box you choose for a SKU is remembered and filled in next time. Gift pick lists are packed one order at a time at the end of the run. Labels print through QZ Tray, each carrying a number from 1 to the last, so a roll that runs out mid-batch is easy to restart from the right label. Optional: sort the labels by SKU, so one SKU's parcels come off the printer together. Run All Warehouses goes through each warehouse in turn. FLIPKART SELLER HUB Orders in To Accept are accepted, the labels cropped and printed, and the orders marked Ready to Dispatch, only once their label has actually arrived. IMEIs and Tag IDs can be filled from your own list, kept on your account and shared by every computer you sign in on. Weight and size come from My SKU Setup. An order is never printed twice. MEESHO SUPPLIER PANEL Pending orders are accepted and the Ready to Ship labels downloaded and cropped, grouped by courier so each rider's parcels come off the printer together. A label that was already printed in the last few hours is not printed again. An optional "Follow us" QR can go on every label, matched to the right store even when one batch mixes several. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ RUN ALL ACCOUNTS ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Sell from more than one store? Run All Accounts goes through each one in turn on Amazon, Flipkart and Seller Flex, and makes one combined pick list for all of them. You choose which accounts are included. The run always obeys what you chose: • "This account" runs only the account you are on, and never switches to another. • "All accounts" runs every account you ticked. • "Today" runs today's orders only, never tomorrow's or older pending orders. This holds whether you press Run yourself or a daily time starts it. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ PRINTS BY ITSELF ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ With QZ Tray (free) installed, every label file and pick list goes straight to the printer you chose: a 4×6 thermal printer for labels, an A4 printer for pick lists. No print dialog, nothing to click. Turn on "Also save and print a pick list" and the pick list prints beside the labels. Without QZ Tray, Chrome's print preview opens with your last printer chosen, one Enter away. A copy of every file is always saved in Downloads first, so nothing is lost if a printer is off. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ RUNS ON A SCHEDULE ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Give each card one or more daily times (IST), and choose the steps, the day and the accounts for each. At that time the Toolkit runs the plan on the open marketplace tab and tells you what it did, and what needs you. Your daily times are yours: no update or install ever adds, changes or removes one. Auto-accept on Flipkart and Meesho is one switch away. It accepts new orders while the tab is open. If the marketplace signs you out in the middle of a run, the run waits. Sign in again and it carries on from where it stopped. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ YOUR OWN SKU ON THE LABEL ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Type your own SKU name in My SKU Setup and it prints on the label and the pick list instead of the marketplace's code. Leave it blank and the marketplace's own SKU prints as before. It works on Amazon, Seller Flex, Flipkart and Meesho. A parcel of two or three units of one SKU can have its own weight and box, saved once and reused every time. An order with two different SKUs is asked about on its own and never saved against either SKU, so your single-item sizes stay correct. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ MY SKU SETUP ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ One table for every SKU on every marketplace: weight, box size, your own SKU name, and your IMEI and Tag ID list for Flipkart. Your SKUs are brought in from each marketplace for you. Anything you typed is never overwritten. Changes reach every computer and the phone app you sign in on within seconds. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ PICKUP AND RETURN CODES ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Get today's Flipkart pickup OTC, Flipkart return OTC, Meesho return OTP and Seller Flex return OTP from the card, for every store and warehouse. Print them all on one 4×6 slip for the courier, with each warehouse's parcel count beside its code. Running the Toolkit on more than one computer? "Get from all computers" asks each of your signed-in computers for the codes it can read and brings them together on one card. Codes travel sealed for the computer that asked, and are kept only until midnight. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ THE FREE SELLERIO PHONE APP ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ The Sellerio app for Android and iPhone works with the Toolkit on your computer: • Start a run on a chosen computer, and pause, skip or stop it. • See each run's report as a notification, and tap it to open the full report. • Check how many orders are waiting on each marketplace. • Read today's pickup and return codes. • Answer a run's question, such as a missing box size, from your phone. • Edit a SKU's weight, size and custom SKU. The runs themselves always happen in Chrome on your computer. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ CROP A LABEL YOU ALREADY HAVE ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Drop any Amazon, Flipkart or Meesho label PDF into the side panel and it is cropped the same way: a file downloaded on another computer, from a different account, or printed earlier. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHO IT IS FOR ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Sellers and suppliers in India who print shipping labels every day and would rather not accept, crop, print and mark orders by hand. It suits one person with ten orders a day as well as a packing bench with hundreds, across one store or many. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ FREQUENTLY ASKED ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Do I need to share my marketplace password? No. The Toolkit works inside the marketplace pages you are already signed in to. You sign in to Sellerio with a separate Sellerio account. Do I need a special printer? No. Any printer Chrome can print to works. A 4×6 thermal label printer gives the best result. For printing with no dialog, install QZ Tray (free). Does it change how I work on the marketplace? No. You keep using the marketplace's own pages. The Toolkit adds one Orders card and does the repetitive steps for you. What if my computer is off at a daily time? That run does not happen. Chrome must be open on the computer, with the marketplace tab, for a daily time to run. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ PRIVACY & PERMISSIONS ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Label files are cropped on your own computer and are never uploaded. Your buyers' names and addresses stay in your browser. Your Sellerio account keeps your settings, SKU setup and daily times the same on every computer you sign in on.
