Double Billed

I signed up for the Seller Amp "Getting Serious" Annual Membership and my computer froze when checking out. I want to ensure that I do not get double charged for my membership. I did receive 2 emails, so I feel like there is a possibility of getting charged twice.

The tool won't appear,I tried restarting my laptop, removing and getting it back to my extension but still wont appear

unable to download Chrome extension on Samsung galaxy tab 9

Error messages

I have been getting error messages when working on Amazon. I have Selleramp installed and when it is trying to pull up an asin or any product it goes to a blank white page and gives me an error message. I currently use Chrome, but I have also tried Microsoft Edge browser with the same issue. I have no other issues with the computer. I have uninstalled the browser and reinstalled them, at the Apple store. I have a mac Macbook Pro, a late 2021 model. I have also uninstalled the extension and reinstalled it. Nothing is working. I need some help, please. I sell on Amazon and I need this extension working properly.

Also, when I use the app alone in a separate tab it works fine, but that is not really convenient for me.

El viernes pasado me suscribí a Seller AMP coloqué mi tarjeta de credito, fué cobrado recibí email de bienvenida y cada vez que trato de entrar a la cuenta, leo que la cuenta no está actividad. Me pueden ayudar por favor?
