Select text on any web page and a small toolbar appears next to it with four actions. 🔊 Read — reads the selection aloud using your browser's built-in voices, highlighting each word as it is spoken so you can follow along. Play, pause, resume, stop, six speed steps from 0.5x to 2x, and voice selection. Arabic and English are detected automatically. 🤖 Explain — sends the selection to the AI provider you configured and shows a clear, structured explanation in a small panel: a plain-language summary, the key points, and an example. Math and physics get a dedicated treatment. Select something like "dy/dx = 3x^2" and the answer comes back as: what the problem asks, the rule being applied, a step-by-step solution, the final answer, common mistakes, and a similar practice problem. 🌐 Translate — translates the selection between Arabic and English, preserving lists, numbers, and technical terms. 📋 Copy — copies the selection or the result. BRING YOUR OWN KEY No server, no subscription, no account. You add your own API key from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint, and it stays on your device. PRIVACY - Nothing is sent anywhere unless you click Explain or Translate. - Read-aloud works fully offline inside your browser. - Your API key is stored locally, never synced, and never visible to web pages. - The extension never modifies the page you are reading. - No analytics, no tracking. Selected text and AI results are never written to disk.
