Allow user to search within Sefaria, and extract links (''refs'')

Allows you to search within Sefaria Project, and paste a direct link or paste the actual phrase into your active tab in Chrome. Notice: the "paste" action does not work on non-HTML tabs such as home page of chrome or the settings page.
