Seekward

Shows how your time in Chrome affects focus. Tracks site types only, never addresses, during blocks you start in the Seekward app.

Seekward helps students aged 14 and up understand how they focus. This extension adds your computer to the picture. Start a focus block in the Seekward phone app. While it runs, the extension notes what TYPE of site is in front of you (study, video, social media, messaging, shopping, news, games) and shows it live in the app. When the block ends you see how long you studied, how long you drifted, how often you switched tabs, and how quickly you got back to work. Private by design Only works during a focus block you started on your phone. Nothing is recorded otherwise. Asks your permission first. Nothing is recorded until you say yes, and you can turn it off any time. Never records or sends web addresses, page titles, search terms, page contents, form entries or browsing history. Does not run in Incognito windows. No ads, no analytics, no data sold or shared with friends. You need a free Seekward account (made in the Seekward iPhone app).
