SeekIQ is an applicant tracking system for hiring teams. This extension brings it beside the pages recruiters already use. It works only when you click, and you review every step. POST JOBS ON JOB BOARDS • Pick one of your open SeekIQ jobs while you are on a supported job board's posting page. • Tailor the ad to that board's length limits and fields, and see a bias check of the wording before anything is filled. • Fill the posting form, including screening questions where the form has room for them. • You click Post yourself. Then confirm the live link and SeekIQ records where and when the job was posted. SAVE CANDIDATES FROM THE PAGE YOU ARE VIEWING • On a profile or CV you are looking at, one click reads only what is visible on that page, once. No other pages, no scrolling and nothing in the background. • See the contact details and experience the page shows, whether the person is already in your workspace, and how they match a job, with quotes for each must-have. • Save the person to a job or a talent pool. People who asked your workspace to delete their data are never added again. • Draft a short, personal outreach note. You copy and send it yourself. ADD CVS FROM YOUR WEBMAIL • In your webmail, list the PDF and Word attachments of the open email and add one to a job, with the sender's address and a link to the thread. • The CV goes through SeekIQ's normal upload checks, and the candidate is asked for consent before it is read or ranked. WHAT IT NEVER DOES • It never clicks Post or Submit, never sends messages or connection requests, and never reads pages you have not asked it to read. • IQ suggests. A person decides every hiring step. Requires a SeekIQ workspace. Sign in once and stay signed in for 30 days; sign a browser out any time in SeekIQ under Settings > Devices.
