Overview

Small enhancements for Seeking Alpha power users: adds earning calendars, ticker logos, AH gain data

A comprehensive extension that enhances your Seeking Alpha portfolio experience with multiple visual improvements and data enrichments. **Key Features:** 🗓️ **Visual Earnings Calendar** The calendar automatically shows up in any portfolio view which contains the "Upcoming Announce Date" column, supporting a dual-month view for larger screens and a single-month view on smaller ones. It displays upcoming earnings and previous ones if the "Last Quarter Announcement Date" is available. Different color coding for after-market and pre/during-market announcement times. 🏢 **Ticker Logos** Automatically displays company logos next to ticker symbols across all portfolio views, making it easier to quickly identify your holdings at a glance. 💰 **After-Hours Data Enhancement** When the "AH Change %" column is present, the extension automatically adds Dollar value calculations for after-hours changes ("new AH Gain" column), plus change totals. === How to **For Earnings Calendar:** The calendar will not be visible if you don't manually add a new view with earnings dates to your portfolio. On a portfolio page, click on "Add/edit View", create a New View and select the "Upcoming Announce Date", "Release Time", and "Last Quarter Announce Date" columns. **For After-Hours Enhancement:** On a portfolio page, click on "Add/edit View", create a New View and select the "AH Change %" column. The extension will automatically enrich it with dollar values and totals. === Q: Seeking Alpha already shows earnings dates in portfolio tables, and already has a visual calendar in the "market data" section, why did you build this? A: Well, I was mostly used to the sleeker TipRanks earnings visualization, and I realized I was getting back there just to look at the calendar, even if my stock and watchlists were now mostly managed on Seeking Alpha. Earnings dates on the portfolio page don't provide an easy-to-read view, and the market data section mixes data from all the portfolios and doesn't show all your holdings for the day. The extension has since evolved to provide multiple enhancements beyond just the earnings calendar, including visual improvements with ticker logos and comprehensive after-hours data analysis that Seeking Alpha doesn't provide natively. === **Note:** This extension enhances your existing Seeking Alpha experience without replacing any functionality—it adds visual improvements and data enrichments to make your portfolio analysis more intuitive and comprehensive. This extension is not affiliated with Seeking Alpha. It's an independent tool designed to improve your experience.
