Seek is a free Chrome extension that searches the spoken content of YouTube and Vimeo videos and jumps to the exact timestamp where a word or phrase was said. Press Ctrl+K (⌘K on Mac), type a search term, and press Enter to seek there. No account, no backend, and no analytics. HOW IT WORKS 1. Install Seek from the Chrome Web Store 2. Open a YouTube or Vimeo video with captions 3. Press Ctrl+K or click the Seek toolbar icon 4. Type a word or phrase — use quotes for an exact match, e.g. "machine learning" 5.
