SeeFix Agent is a Chrome side panel for SeeFix operators. Create a live video session, send the customer a link, and open the full operator room only after they join. SeeFix is remote video support by link. The customer opens the camera in the browser and does not install an app. You stay in Chrome: send SMS, copy the link, or share it in WhatsApp or Telegram. After the customer joins, continue the session with a live pointer, snapshots, files, location, and network diagnostics. How it works 1. Sign in once in this browser with your SeeFix operator account. 2. Click the icon to open the side panel. A new video session is created automatically. 3. Send the customer the link by SMS, copy, WhatsApp, or Telegram. 4. When the customer joins, Chrome opens the full operator room in a new tab. In the operator room you can: • Guide the customer with a live pointer • Take snapshots and share files or catalog documents • Ask for location and run a network check • Scan an ID or document with an on-screen frame • Use AI hints and send the reply to customer chat A SeeFix operator account at https://seefix.pro is required. The customer does not install anything. Privacy The extension stores your SeeFix server URL and uses sign-in cookies so the side panel stays logged in.
