Overview

Seats(座席予約管理システム)を起動します

SeatsはDriveBaseによって作成された、Googleドライブ上に座席レイアウトファイルを作成して、そのレイアウトに着席／離席及び予約情報を登録するChrome拡張機能です。 Seatsのルーム（部屋）レイアウト作成機能を利用して、Googleドライブに部屋レイアウト・座席位置情報をレイアウトファイルとして作成します。利用者は作成済みのルームを選択し、自分の着座席に対して着席／離席、又は予約を行い、フリーアドレス・オフィスルームの管理を行います。 Seatsを導入すると、誰がいつ出社して業務に当たっているかを把握でき、共同で行う作業・未出社ユーザーからの業務依頼などの作業効率化が図れます。 ※Google Workspaceの利用及び、株式会社電算システムとの利用契約が必要になります。
