SeatOps Usage Tracker records which SaaS applications you actually use, so your organization can right-size its software licenses instead of paying for seats nobody opens. WHAT IT DOES • Detects visits to a curated registry of 78+ SaaS applications across 16 categories (CRM, design, collaboration, developer tools and more). • Measures active time per app using tab focus, window focus and idle detection, so dwell time reflects real use. • Identifies which account you are signed in with on each app (from page metadata, cookies and login forms) so seats can be matched to people. Field values on login forms are never read. • Works with single-page apps: client-side navigation is tracked without page reloads. • Stores everything locally first, in daily buckets with automatic compaction and retention. • Optional sync: sign in to your SeatOps workspace (password, or Google / Microsoft SSO) to send usage events to your team's dashboard. Nothing leaves the browser until you sign in. • Activity Log: search and filter every captured event, paginated 50 rows per page. • Export your data as JSON or CSV at any time. • "Sync, then clear" and "Clear now" controls put you in charge of local data. • Light and dark themes. PRIVACY FIRST • Only known SaaS domains are recorded.
