SearchHub is a multi‑engine search tool that opens your queries across multiple search engines in organized tab groups. It streamlines research by combining AI search, traditional search, developer resources, social and video platforms. Features - One input → multiple results across engines - Organized Chrome tab groups by query - Vertical sidebar to view and manage tabs - Quick combos to select popular engine sets - Custom engines and saved preferences - Keyboard shortcuts: Alt+S (open), Alt+Q (search selection) How It Works 1) Click the extension icon to open the main page 2) Select your engines and enter a query 3) Search to open results in tabs (grouped by query) 4) Use the sidebar to collapse/expand groups, activate or close tabs Permissions - tabs & tabGroups: create and organize result tabs - sidePanel: show the vertical tabs sidebar - scripting: get selected text for Alt+Q shortcut - notifications: show small alerts (e.g., no engines selected) - system.display: optional window mode layout - host permissions (<all_urls>): open search result pages across engines Privacy - No account, no server, no tracking - Settings stored locally via chrome.storage - Selected text is used only to perform your requested search - No personal data is collected or transmitted
