I absolutely love this app, but what I love most is the customer support. Anytime I have an issue, someone always gets back to me, and that means a lot. The app itself works great, but of course, we live in an ever-evolving world, so there may be a few minor kinks. But did I mention that someone always follows up to help find a solution? Because that's hands down the best feature! Thank you for creating this solution—it's been a game-changer!

The developers are incredibly helpful and responsive. They resolved my issues promptly after I reached out. Thanks for creating such a great product!

Hi Marquita, Thanks for the honest feedback!. Most likely this is caused by conflicting extension. May I suggest you temporarily disable Grammarly/Harpa AI/AdBlock for chatgpt.com and retry? Please let me know if that helped or contact me at tikhon.picture@gmail.com

I had an issue with the extension not working. Tik Hon replied immediately to my email with step by step instructions to troubleshoot. It's now working again. Thanks for the help!

Loved it at first, even paid for it. Now doesn't work at all. Tried adding chatgpt to my adblock exception list but it still won't work. Would love to get this working or get my money back.

UPDATE: Had some hiccups with a change Chatgpt did, but a fix was found. If your chat search window does not pop up, look at what other extensions you have, I found 3 I was using that suddenlt made this one not work. Usually they are ones that change the way chatgpt appears, such as other search ones, or one of the extensions that add folders for you. Thanks for the Quick responce Tik Hon.
