Right-click selected text to search your computer using Voidtools Everything.
Instantly search your local computer for any text you select in Chrome. This extension bridges the gap between your browser and "Voidtools Everything" (the fastest file search tool for Windows). USE CASE: You see an invoice number, project code, or filename on a webpage. Instead of copying it, opening Everything, and pasting it: Highlight the text. Right-click and select "Search in Everything". Your local search window opens immediately with the results. SETUP REQUIRED: For this extension to work, you must enable the "URL Protocol" in your Everything settings. Open Everything. Go to Tools > Options > General. Check "URL Protocol". Click Apply. Note: This extension requires the Voidtools Everything application to be installed on your Windows PC.
