Why am I forced to use yahoo?
I added search for a cause yesterday and I regret it horribly. It forced me to use yahoo as my search engine, and yahoo is terrible. I removed search for a cause as an extension, and deleted yahoo as a search engine in my Chrome settings. My Chrome settings have google as the default engine when I open a new tab. Yet, even with search for a cause deleted, and all my settings how I want them, yahoo is still acting as the default search engine. Yahoo is useless. What a mistake by me. I'm deleting tab for a cause now too because I don't trust your organization at all.

search engine not working
I have downloaded this chrome extension months ago, used it 26 times successfully. I fully understand how to use it. The website is malfunctioning, the search engine isn't displaying on the page. Instead I'm prompted to download the extension, which is redundant.

does not work.
I use search for a cause occasionally, because although I have downloaded it onto my computer & added it to google chrome, when I click on the lil green (elephant?) icon, nothing happens. I had to add it onto my main screen & click it there. Less convenient & not as handy as it could/should be.

How to make search engine GOOGLE and not yahoo?
I see the message regarding this ("Only updates search preferences for the new tab page, not your browser.") if I go to select a search engine for my tab page, but how do I switch my search engine on the actual search bar of my browser?? I'm using Google Chrome, so I'd like to have Search for a Cause use Google's search engine as well... Right now it's using Yahoo. Please advise!

The single most annoying corporatese response I've ever heard
Bro, we just want to know why we're not getting any hearts. We know that Search for a Cause switched to using Google, and that's great! I love Google! It's a great search engine! But why do we not get any hearts when we try searching with Search for a Cause through Google?
Every time one of us asks, we just get exactly the same canned cookie-cutter copy-pasted obvious customer service response:
"Hello ****, our goal at Search for a Cause is to provide you with a great search experience, all while raising money for nonprofits. From time to time, especially while Search for a Cause is in beta, we might switch search providers to improve the search results or increase money raised. Search For A Cause Not Working
Search for a cause has not been working for a while now. I'm not exactly sure when the problem started, but it started some time this year. Every time I search something, it takes me to Google and I don't earn any hearts.

Tab For a Cause no longer working
Hello!
I've used Tab For A Cause for years! I like collecting the tabs into the thousands then donating them all at once. Today I restarted my laptop and opened Chrome and saw that I had been logged out of my account. I tried logging back in with every email I know I have but I still can't seem to get in. I'm pretty disappointed considering how many tabs I had saved up and how long i've had this particular account. I think the issue may be my google account. I've always used the same google account but now when I log into it, it logged me to an account that already exists but isn't the one i've been using for the past few years. Still my account, just not one that I want. I think the issue may be that my google account email is linked to 2 separate Tab accounts but its logging me into the wrong one. I was wondering if there's anything that can be done about this? I know its silly but I tend to get attached to digital accounts, so I'm pretty disappointed to see this one lost.
