The photo shows a group of fresh blue crabs (also known as flower crabs, moon crabs), neatly arranged. The crab shell has a unique pattern of dark green mixed with brown, with white spots in the shape of flowers - very characteristic. The crab's legs and claws are dark blue with purple highlights, creating a very eye-catching contrast with the body. Some crabs also have red-orange edges on their legs and claws. The shiny, moist surface shows that the crabs are still very fresh, suitable for steaming, grilling or stir-frying with tamarind.
