Save forever. ───────────────────────────────────────── 📋 WHAT DATA IT EXTRACTS — INDIVIDUALS ───────────────────────────────────────── When you open a LinkedIn profile, LinkedBridge Pro reads the full page — including lazy-loaded sections — and surfaces: • Full name (first, last), headline, pronouns • Current job title and company • City, state, country (parsed from LinkedIn's location field) • Email address (opened directly from LinkedIn's Contact Info modal) • Phone number(s), including type (mobile, work, home) • Personal website(s) • Birthday, Twitter / X handle, street address • LinkedIn profile URL and profile photo • Connection count / follower count • About / bio summary Rich structured sections (all extracted automatically): • Experience — up to 10 positions with title, company, and date range • Education — all schools and degrees on record • Certifications & Licenses — name, issuer, and date • Skills — up to 20 skills listed on the profile • Languages — language and proficiency level • Volunteer Experience — role and organization • Honors & Awards — up to 5 entries • Recent Activity — previews of the person's most recent LinkedIn posts Every extracted field is displayed in the popup, editable before saving, and mapped to the correct CRM field automatically. ───────────────────────────────────────── 🏢 WHAT DATA IT EXTRACTS — COMPANY PAGES ───────────────────────────────────────── On any LinkedIn company page, LinkedBridge Pro extracts: • Company name, LinkedIn URL, and logo • Tagline / description / About text • Industry and company type (Public, Private, Non-profit, etc.) • Company size — employee range and estimated headcount • Number of employees visible on LinkedIn • Founded year • Headquarters — city, state, country • Website URL • Phone number • Specialties • LinkedIn follower count • Recent company posts (preview text) All fields are shown in the Account tab, fully editable, with a data-completeness indicator so you know what's present before saving. ───────────────────────────────────────── 🔌 5 CRM INTEGRATIONS — NATIVE, DIRECT ───────────────────────────────────────── LinkedBridge Pro connects directly to your CRM via its official API. There is no proxy server. Your data goes straight from LinkedIn to your CRM, authenticated under your own credentials. 🔵 SALESFORCE Save as Lead or Contact (your choice, per-save). Creates Accounts separately. Supports custom fields — map any LinkedIn field to any standard or custom Salesforce API field. After saving, optionally add the record to a Salesforce Campaign. Optionally log a completed Activity Task linked to the record. Uses OAuth 2.0 Connected App authentication. 🟠 HUBSPOT Saves to Contacts and Companies via HubSpot's Private App token. Supports custom property names in field mapping so your HubSpot property schema is respected. 🔴 ZOHO CRM Saves as Lead, Contact, or Account. Supports all five Zoho data center regions (US, EU, IN, AU, JP). Uses OAuth 2.0 with your own Zoho API Console app — no shared credentials. Field mapping supports Zoho's module API names. 🟢 MICROSOFT DYNAMICS 365 Connects via Azure Active Directory OAuth 2.0 (SPA flow with PKCE). Saves to Leads, Contacts, and Accounts in your Dynamics org. Field mapping uses Dynamics logical field names. 🟣 PIPEDRIVE Connects with your Pipedrive API token. Saves Persons and Organizations. Field mapping supports Pipedrive's custom field system with a dropdown selector that loads your actual Pipedrive fields. You can switch active CRM from the top of the popup at any time. All five can be configured simultaneously — just pick which one is active when you save. ───────────────────────────────────────── 🛡️ DUPLICATE DETECTION ───────────────────────────────────────── Before saving any record, LinkedBridge Pro checks whether the person or company already exists in your CRM. It searches by LinkedIn URL, email, name, and website depending on the CRM and object type. If a match is found, it shows you the existing record and offers to update it rather than create a duplicate. No more messy CRM data from saving the same contact twice. ───────────────────────────────────────── 📌 SIDE PANEL — CRM STATUS ON EVERY PAGE ───────────────────────────────────────── Every LinkedIn profile and company page gets a persistent side panel trigger — a small tab pinned to the right edge of the page. It shows a color-coded dot: • Green — this person / company is already in your CRM • Orange — not yet saved • Spinning — checking now Click the tab to open the full side panel. If the record exists, you'll see every CRM field displayed inline. Edit any field directly in the panel and click Save Changes — no need to open the extension popup. The side panel follows you as you navigate LinkedIn, automatically re-checking each new profile you visit. It adapts to your active CRM and respects your light/dark theme setting. ───────────────────────────────────────── 📦 BULK QUEUE — SAVE FROM SEARCH RESULTS ───────────────────────────────────────── On any LinkedIn people search results page, each result card gets a "+ Queue" button. Build up a list of 10, 20, or more profiles, then go to the Queue tab and save them all to your CRM in sequence. Review fields, change record type (Lead or Contact) per item, run enrichment, and save in bulk — all without leaving the search results page. ───────────────────────────────────────── 🔍 ENRICHMENT — FILL IN MISSING DATA ───────────────────────────────────────── When a LinkedIn profile doesn't include a public email address, LinkedBridge Pro can look it up automatically. Configure Hunter.io, Apollo.io, or Clearbit as enrichment providers. LinkedBridge Pro runs them in a waterfall: if the first provider doesn't return results, it tries the next. Enriched fields are shown with accept/discard controls before any data is written to your CRM. ───────────────────────────────────────── ⚙️ FIELD MAPPING — FULL CONTROL ───────────────────────────────────────── Every CRM is different. Every team's schema is different. For every LinkedIn field you can map it to a custom CRM field name, enable or disable it per save, and set a character truncation limit to avoid field-length errors. For Pipedrive, a live dropdown loads your actual custom field definitions from the API. Mappings persist across sessions and can be exported and restored. ───────────────────────────────────────── 📊 LEAD SCORING & HISTORY ───────────────────────────────────────── Configure keyword-based scoring rules to automatically score each extracted profile — High, Medium, or Low — so you can prioritize saves. Every save is recorded in the History tab with a direct link to the CRM record. Filter by CRM, record type, or search by name. ───────────────────────────────────────── 🔔 WEBHOOKS & AUTOMATION ───────────────────────────────────────── Configure a webhook URL and LinkedBridge Pro fires a POST request on every create or update. Works with Zapier, Make, n8n, and any custom HTTP endpoint.
