Adds story points, post-estimation points and card ID to Trello

Adds Story Points, Post-Estimation points and card IDs to Trello. Heavily based on rickpastoor's amazing and lightning-fast Scrummer. Use rickpastoor's Scrummer if you need subtotals inside a list, using separators, or if you don't need post-estimation points. Features : - Pick Story Points and Post-estimation Points from inside the card. - Shows story points and post-estimation points for each card, a total for each list and for the board. - Shows the card number on the board. Uses no external library for optimum speed. --- Changelog 3.0.0 : Added hour points - major refacto 2.1.6: Improved card ID design 2.1.4: Fixed bug that forced to reload the page for a new card's points number to be taken into account. 2.1.3: Fix remaining question mark bug. 2.1.2: Fix bug with ES6 overhaul 2.1.1: ES6 overhaul, more efficient way to display card number 2.1.0: Feature toggling! Click on the icon to activate/deactivate features. Also fixes a bug with commas as decimal separators, and puts 0 before 0.5 where it belongs. 2.0.4: Allow use of commas as decimal separator 2.0.3: Possibly work around an unreproduced bug where the board doesn't have a 'js-board-header' div 2.0.2: Fix question marks.
