Overview

Sanitize sensitive content before pasting into AI tools.

Every day, developers copy sensitive content into AI assistants without thinking — stack traces with internal hostnames, logs with session tokens, config files with passwords. scrub-ai fixes this. It silently intercepts your paste, detects sensitive content, and replaces it with safe placeholders before it ever reaches the AI tool. What gets masked: • AWS access keys, ARNs, account IDs • GCP and Azure credentials • Passwords, API keys, bearer tokens, JWTs • Private IP addresses, internal hostnames • Generic hex tokens and secrets Works on: • ChatGPT (chatgpt.com) • Claude (claude.ai) • Microsoft Copilot (copilot.microsoft.com) • Google Gemini (gemini.google.com) • Bing Chat (bing.com/chat) No data leaves your browser. All detection runs locally in the extension — nothing is sent to any server. Open source: https://github.com/rajwindermarwaha/scrub-ai
