Scrollverse — Canvas Import
Overview
Import Canvas course modules and their files into Scrollverse.
Scrollverse turns your course material into study tools — but getting that material out of Canvas usually means downloading files one by one and uploading them again. This extension does it for you. How it works 1. Open a Canvas course's Modules page and click the extension icon. 2. Choose the modules and files you want, and star the slide deck that should be the course's main reading. 3. Pick an existing Scrollverse subject or create a new one, then import. Files are transferred in the background, so you can close the popup or keep browsing while a large lecture recording uploads. Anything already in Scrollverse is detected and skipped, and if a file fails you can retry just that file instead of starting over. Supports documents and videos. Office files and slide decks are converted to PDF automatically so they're readable in Scrollverse. Requires a Scrollverse account. If you're already signed in to Scrollverse in another tab, the extension picks that up and skips the login screen. The extension only reads the Canvas course you're actively viewing, and only after you grant access to your school's Canvas domain.
