ScrollSentry helps you catch yourself before a quick check turns into a long scroll. Block distracting websites, interrupt endless scrolling, and add a deliberate pause before bypassing your own rules. WHAT SCROLLSENTRY DOES • Block distracting sites with a Block List, or restrict browsing to an Allow List. • Choose Hard mode for strict blocking or Easy mode for a bypass button with a configurable 0 to 60-second delay. • Interrupt long scrolling sessions after 10 screen heights with a simple choice: close the tab or keep going. • Turn bypassed pages grayscale to make them less visually distracting. • Protect important settings with an optional password. • Customize your block screen, message, theme, bypass label, delay, and redirect. AI APPROVED BROWSING Need temporary access to a blocked site? With optional paid AI Approved Browsing, you can explain why you need access and request approval. An approved request grants temporary access for the current tab and domain without removing the site from your Block List. BUILT FOR DELIBERATE BROWSING ScrollSentry does not try to make every distracting website permanently inaccessible.
