ScrollMinder
Overview
Gently interrupts endless scrolling by asking what you meant to do instead. Not a blocker — a mirror.
ScrollMinder helps you break the habit of mindless scrolling on social media by interrupting you with a simple question: what should you be doing right now? After you've spent a configurable amount of time on a supported site, a full-screen prompt asks you to state your intention. A follow-up reminder checks in later to keep you accountable. Features: - Works on the most popular social media platforms where mindless scrolling tends to happen - Fully configurable activity threshold and reminder delay - Follow-up reminder after you respond (default: 45 minutes) - Live timer display in the popup so you always know where you stand - Reset timers or session at any time from the popup - All data stays on your device — nothing is collected or transmitted How it works: 1. Browse normally 2. After your set threshold, a prompt appears asking what you intended to do 3. Type your intention and submit — or skip to dismiss 4. A reminder fires later to check if you followed through
