How it Works: The 25-Minute Rule: You get a "guilt-free" allowance of 25 minutes of normal scrolling that refills 4 times a day (Morning, Noon, Afternoon, Evening). Visual Decay: Once your time runs out, the "Steering Engine" engages. The screen slowly fades to grayscale and dims, removing the visual sugar that keeps you hooked.
