Scribo for Google Classroom

Scribo writing feedback and classroom support inside Google Docs.

Bring the power of Scribo into Google Classroom and Google Docs, giving teachers and students everything they need to teach, develop, assess and improve writing, right where they already work. Scribo helps teachers develop stronger writers with targeted support, actionable feedback and clear insight into student progress, all without changing the way their classes work. For teachers: * Create Scribo writing activities with scaffolds, writing plans and rubrics. Activities are sent straight to Google Classroom as soon as they’re created. * Assess student writing against rubrics or curriculum standards, with consistent, detailed feedback from Scribo. * Target specific writing skills for improvement, and Scribo tailors feedback to each student’s learning goals. * See how each student’s writing develops draft by draft, and spot learning gaps for individuals or the whole class as they happen, so you can address them in the moment. For students: * Write in Google Docs and receive personalised Scribo feedback as you go. Review, revise and strengthen your writing with confidence. * Improve across the curriculum, from essays and reports to creative writing and subject-specific assignments. Access requirements This is a companion extension for Scribo schools. An active Scribo school licence is required.
