ScribeShare turns your Canvas course materials into study tools — directly inside your browser's side panel. No copying and pasting, no uploading files manually. Open any Canvas page, lecture, or PDF and ScribeShare reads what you're looking at to generate exactly what you need. What it does • Summarize any Canvas page or PDF into a structured overview with key concepts, topic chips, and a clean conclusion. Export as Markdown or push to Google Drive as a real Google Doc. • Flashcards generated from your lecture content — flip through them in the side panel, copy them to clipboard, or export as CSV. • Quizzes with multiple-choice, true/false, and fill-in-the-blank questions. Filter by topic, track per-topic mastery across all your quizzes, and review wrong answers by topic. • Study guides with sections, bullet points, and worked examples. Filter by topic, jump to any section via the table of contents, and export to Google Docs. • Cheat sheets that fit one or two printed pages, dense and study-ready. Print directly or export to Docs. • Calendar import — bring Canvas due dates into the side panel and (optionally) sync them to Google Calendar with reminders. Drive integration Connect your Google account once and ScribeShare creates a folder per Canvas course in your Drive. Generated summaries land as Docs, quizzes/flashcards as Sheets — automatically routed to the right course folder. Optionally mirror Canvas file downloads to the same folder. Works without sign-in You can use ScribeShare entirely as a guest with a small daily generation cap. Sign in to remove the cap and enable Drive sync. Power users can paste their own Gemini API key in Settings to skip the cap without signing in. Built for Canvas students, by Canvas students Generations are powered by Google's Gemini. Your data stays in your Google account — we don't run a separate database of your study materials.
