Screenshot — Full Page Capture, Region & Annotate | ShotFrame
Overview
Capture full page, region or element. Annotate and blur. Saves locally — no upload, no account, no watermark.
Take a full page screenshot, capture the visible area, select any region or pick a single element, then annotate, blur and save. ShotFrame is a screenshot tool that works entirely on your computer: nothing is uploaded, there is no account and no watermark. 😤 The problem Popular screenshot tools upload your captures to a server and hand back a public link. Their full-page captures come back with blank bands, grey edges or missing strips on high-resolution screens, and some leave a grey overlay stuck on the page or switch you to another tab. ✅ What ShotFrame does • Full page screenshot: the whole webpage, top to bottom, stitched with no blank bands and no repeated strips • Visible area: exactly what you see, in one click or one shortcut • Select an area: drag a rectangle, or use the arrow keys • Pick an element: click any part of a page to capture just that, including panels that scroll inside web apps • Pixel-correct at any display scaling (Retina, 125 %, 150 %, 200 %, 300 %) and any browser zoom • Every capture is checked before you get it: if a screen came out wrong, ShotFrame takes it again or tells you, and never hands you a broken image • Sticky headers appear once instead of on every screen, lazy-loaded images are loaded first, and your tab and scroll position stay exactly where they were ✏️ Annotate screenshots • Arrow, box, highlight and text, in colours and three sizes • Blur and Redact: burned into the saved image, not a layer someone can remove. Redact is a solid box for passwords, account numbers and faces • Undo and redo, full keyboard control, light and dark mode 💾 Save it your way • Download as PNG, JPEG or WebP, or copy to the clipboard • Your own filename pattern with the page title, site, date and time • Very long pages: see the progress, then choose to split into several files or shrink to one. Nothing is ever cut off silently ⌨️ Keyboard shortcuts Alt+Shift+V visible area · Alt+Shift+F full page · Alt+Shift+R select an area · Alt+Shift+S open ShotFrame. Change them in chrome://extensions/shortcuts. 🔐 Private by design ShotFrame has no server. Captures stay in memory until you save or copy them and are never stored by the extension. It can only see a page after you click its button or press its shortcut on that page, and the only permission Chrome asks you about is "Manage your downloads", which it uses to save your screenshots. 💛 Free Free to use, with no ads. If it saves you time, you can leave a tip on Ko-fi from the settings page. 🌍 Available in 51 languages.
